Was level 800 something....now says "You are one of the best players - New Levels coming soon"

Oh no! Let me know your Game ID and what level you were at and I will restore the game.

Please make sure the game is connected to your Facebook or a King account before you check the Game ID.

@Crazy Cat Lad That is not the correct one. The correct one is under my email address. This is odd. When I log in with email I get the same ID for both FB and email??? I started playing this years ago and stopped. Then I had surgery and started playing but I used my email address. I guess there is nothing you can do? I mean how can my icon/avatar show level 38 and only have played 5 levels? See what I mean?

Can you help?
