Game not syncing on devices

I can not get my game to sync. I was on level 688 on my iphoneXr and I couldn’t get past it. I went and played on my iPad got past it and I am on level 691 now. When I went back to my iPhone it is still on 688. I have logged out of both devices and logged back in through Facebook on both. My iPhone is showing the wrong profile picture and level 688 BUT my tablet is showing the correct profile picture and level 691. I’ve tried this numerous times and even had both logged out and didn’t check for 2 days. HELP

And for second issue of profile pic please note that its a known issue of facebook and a lot of players are being affected by this. King studios and facebook are working together to solve it. But we cant provide you exact time frame for this.

@lorik0227 Hi and welcome, Normally if you play multi device you need to restart the device thats behind in levels so it resync to the server and updates your levels. As you have done this and have 2 different profile pics can you check both game IDs match.

My only resolve would be to try clearing the cache or reinstall on the one not syncing correctly and see if it syncs correctly, but if you do this any stored boosters or lives would be LOST. do Not do on both devices just the one behind or not sync correctly

Try with the following to get the games synced.

Log out from Facebook and/ or your King account in both games.

Force close the apps and restart both devices.

Check if any updates are available and update the app on both devices.

Open the game on your iPad where you are on 691 and connect it to Facebook/ King account.

Then open it on your iPhone and connect it as well to your account.

My ID numbers match - 1309782000

i am not sure how to clear the catche on my iPhone. I have not uninstalled the game as of yet, should I do that? All other suggestions have not worked.

@lorik0227 Hi, i would not say to you uninstall as you will lose all you boosters and stored lives, but if you are happy enough doing this think its your only option. Just hope it works as it should do without the need to uninstall.

I can see in our system that the game has been backed up only to level 688, which means the iPhone is properly connected, but not the iPad since the levels 689-691 are not synced from the iPad to our system.

So the issue is on the iPad.

As @Freddy_Falkner mentioned, reinstalling means you will lose all Boosters and Lives, but this also fixes most issues.

Try the steps HERE first on your iPad and see if they help. Note that only on your iPad, since the issue seems to be on that device only. They are for another issue, but can help you out on this as well without reinstalling the game.

If that doesn't help, then reinstalling the app is necessary, but you need to do this only on your iPad. You will also lose your levels back to 688 since they are not synced from the iPad to your Facebook or our system.

I did all the steps, the iPad is still on the higher level and phone is still on 688? I don’t understand why this is not working for me.
