I've had a look at the account and it looks as both account have been merged, and there is no way to get them apart again. The only thing we can do would be that you create a new Kingdom account connected to a new email address and then we can put you on the correct level on that new account. This is done more easily if you contact our Player Support team as they have easier access to the system. You can contact them from the game (from the Help Center you find in settings), and choose "Lost Progress" as the reason for your email.
I have no idea what she is talking about. I play separate levels using my email for one and FB for the other. I got to the 700's unconnected before I found my booster/gold bar bank. I was told I would have to connect in order to use them so that's when I connected using the 2 accounts so my games would stay separate. Unfortunately I lost ALL my boosters/bars, don't get extra game spins period, no boosters and my games are now connected and from the email above it is quite the mess and I don't have a clue as to what she is saying let alone how to do it.

Very sorry for the inconvenience. Look all she is saying is that your both two accounts are merged now which can not be separated so your progress can not be recovered. If you want your progress back simply create one new login (either facebook or king). Open your new login with game you will be on level one but dont worry we will put you manually on level 700. Just give us your new game ID.
@Emilyk66 Hi probably Lola_pop meant the email you write after clicking "contact us". In the form you can choose a topic and sub topic. I didn't find a lost progress sub topic but the problem can be explained in the comment box. After sending it, you'll then receive an automatic email from support and you'll have to explain your problem again.
I hope you'll recover your progress 😔 Unfortunately merging accounts can happen if the player doesn't access them in 2 separate devices.
@Emilyk66 Hi and welcome, If you play two different accounts on the same device there is always a chance they will merge like has happened to you.. Does not matter if on is email and the other is not it just happens sometimes on the same device. The best way for you to proceed would be to create a new account and follow steps in post below. Also explaining you have lost you gold bars and any purchased boosters and they should help you with this
Then if you have any problems post the game ID and level you were on and as explained above we can pass this on to the CM who can manually restore your levels. You will only get your levels back there will be no scores etc.
