I can see I have 4 lives in my inbox, but when I click on it I just get taken back to my Lives screen and told to “Join or create a team to get more lives”. It’s a vicious circle! Yes, I have the latest game update and the latest iOS update.
@Sweetie_Pie Hi , if you have done all the troubleshooting, you will need to contact customer support from your game so they can look in to your issue. You can also use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.
If your playing soda you would be better of posting in that forum to see if others are experiencing the same issue

Hi there again @Sweetie_Pie for the feedback. Since you have performed all the steps and no avail. Agreed with Mr Freddy that you need to contact King Support center to get your issue fix. Please provide as much info as possible and remember to quote the correct game 😊

@wykoon I am playing on iPhone SE (gen 1) with iOS 13.6.1. I have done all the steps (log out, restart device, check versions...) but still get the loop. I already am on a team, but get told to join or create one.
