For what purpose, you took away all my gold bars ?!?! Had 40 and noe 5 without using them !!!!! I am not talking also about all the boosters that have been taken away for no reason .. please return what you took away and interfere with the game. Can check history of my account i never used those gold bars !!!!! That is quit insolent and cheating from your side.

@Roma_Safovich Hi and welcome, Sorry to here this has happened to you. The community does not deal with purchases or gold bar issues. Please contact customer support from your game and they will look in to this issue for you or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this. They should help you with your problem

Please follow the instructions provided above by my fellow experts. But can you kindly explain as you mentioned that you have lost boosters also. Did you uninstall and reinstalled the game. Or the game crashed out. Are you having your correct progress. I hope you will get favourable reply from player support.

⚠️ So please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

Basically in a nutshell what you say is that you scam people. I was expecting for this answer . Those boosters, i wprked hard to gain them and you easily can check the history or whatever written in your data base to see the history of using. After this answer and the way you treat your customers, i wont spend even penny on this game. Thank you for nothing :) useless support
