Changing the King account used in game

Hi, my sister created a King account to save her game progress but she entered the email wrong (barfoo@ instead of foobar@). because the email wrong, she can't reset password nor change email adress.

If I log out from the account, does the game progress goes with the account? Can I log out and create new one with the same game progress?

Hi and welcome to the community.

Very sorry for unfortunate issue. But one game once saved with one account can not changed or transferred to another one. So in your case you have only one option now to create a new account and inform us your new game user Id and we will request our CM to manually restore your progress to your new game with correct account.

I am back and how about these steps that I hope this helps :

Changing your King account password or email address is a 7 step process. Here are the steps:

Go to www.king.com in a web browser.
In the top-right menu, click on "Games".
Click on any game (it doesn't matter which!)
In the top-left corner, click "Log in".
Enter your details to log in, then go back up to the top-left of the page and click on "Settings".
Click on "Account". You will be prompted to type your password again.
You will then see an "Account Settings" page where you can change your email address and password.

If you want to win gold bars on this game, you can click here to join and answer on this game's contests that you can chance to win gold bars. 😊

Hi @Kergerdan and welcome to our Community!

You can log in to your King account on King.com and change the email in your account settings.

If you have forgot the password, then the only option is to create a new account with the correct address. Then let me know the Game ID on your new account and the level you were on and I will manually restore it to the same level.

Every single time i get the boost it will crash the game in max ten games saying that i encountered a mistake which we are fixing… altought this has been on for MONTHS. ive spend gold and items to boost my levels just because i have this boost just to lose it on your freaking bug… WHEN ARE U GONNA FIX IT
