Gold bars offered don't received

I have been a few months receiving an email saying that I have 50 gold bars that I can use in Candy Crush. I have open the game about 4 or 5 times and there is nothing there. Please, or you really add these bars to my game, or stop sending these wasting time emails. Thank you.

@Monken , Hi and welcome, The community does not deal with gold bar issues or purchases. If you contact customer support from your game they should help you with this or alternatively you can use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this
