Hi and welcome to the community.
Very sorry but dont worry as if you uninstall the game you will only lose boosters and lives but not the progress and gold bars.
So tell us if you were saving your game through facebook or king account. If yes just login through same account and play and complete a level and you will get your progress back.
But if you didnt save your game through facebook or king account then the only solution is that You provide us your game Id and we will request our CM to manually recover your progress.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

However if you have lost a very small number of levels then I suggest you to try again the lost levels because manually resetting the game progress will reset your collected star and high scores.
