Hi,
I am playing on my iPad and I cannot use the booster wheel and cannot access the store. The little circle just keeps spinning and I cannot purchase anything.
Also, I have an older iPad and they have stopped syncing with each other.
I am afraid if I delete and reinstall the app I will lose my progress. Any help would be appreciated.

As for your older device not syncing check both your device and game are up to date and log out and restart your device an then log back in and see if this solves your problem. If you did an uninstall on any mobile device you would lose any stored boosters and lives, but your levels would be recoverable if you had any problems when trying to sign back in

Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

i can’t access my ID. When I hit my profile button, a pop up opens to sign into king community. When I try to get past that, I get a notice saying that there is a connection error and try later. I can’t get past that to my ID. My internet is working, I have no problems with anything else, just candy crush.
