Very sorry for your reply because unfortunately Flash Player has no longer to be used on any King's Games with PC Devices due to Flash Player End Of Life (EOL) right now. 😔
But you can download this game then save your progress (Mobile Devices) :

Or if you have playing your game via laptop and using Microsoft, the app is downloadable free from Microsoft site. After you downloaded it, please log in your game with your King account and you're ready to go. All your progress and lives will be saved.

@Roxanne_Shields Hi and welcome , there has been a few people with issues loading the facebook game, can you check on Facebook under Settings the game is set to active. Just to see if this may be your issue
