My mom used my iPad to play candy crush and now she is at my level and can’t go back. I’ve tried unloading and reloading.
In this case the person who is using facebook should keep on using his account but the person using king account have to open a new game and account and let us know the progress level he/she is and provide us the new game id. and we will request our CM to manually restore the progress for her.

It looks as if both of your accounts have been merged. Usually it happens when one account is king account whereas the other account is facebook account.

Of has the game just connected to the wrong account on your device?
Signing up with the community is not the same as making a King account to save your game progress. Please follow the advice given above and you should be able to get both account restored after your mom makes a new King account and our Community Manager helps you. Good luck.

Right sounds like your accounts have merged and in this case they can not be separated the facebook game over writes the king account. You will need the person with th king account to create a new account /game and then get your levels for this game manually restored. you will need you new game ID to restore your levels
