I have the same thing when I try to play from facebook, an orange screen. I've tried for hours trying to figure it out. I can't even play on king.com.

On king.com, it says you need windows 10 and my orange screen problem is on my windows 7 computer. I can play fine on my windows 10 computer and phone. To me, it looks like something king did that no longer allows win7.

There was a short outage on Facebook last night that may have caused that the game didn't load. This should be fixed now, but if you still have issues loading the game, please check the page HERE for help.

Please note that Microsoft do no longer support Windows 7, therefore it's best to upgrade to Windows 10 to make sure all works well on the PC.

If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can also download the game directly to your computer and play via the Windows app instead. You can sync your progress to the app just by connecting the app to Facebook and you can download it from Microsoft Store here:

Also had one person report this who says he downloaded Facebook gameroom and everything was ok on that

I am still having just an orange box today, and the game doesn't even try to load at all. It worked yesterday on my win7 laptop but stopped working on it sometime before last night. My browser is around 500 on the html5 test so that's not it.

I hate win10 and won't upgrade my best laptop to it just to play a game. I guess I'll play candy crush on my junk laptop that is win10 or on my phone.

It seems to me that the issue is either with facebook or king and that one of the two did something that makes playing on a win7 system not possible.

I still get the orange screen if I log into facebook via Chrome. My Chrome has been updated to the latest version. I can play if I use Microsoft Edge, but not Chrome. I prefer using Chrome.

@sauren Hi this is a strange one as i have tried 3 Chrome, Edge and Firefox and all ok on my device
