Please don't. 6 candy colors is enough. That will always be Candy Crush with only 6. More colors and I will delete it from my mind.

The 7th candy color should stand out from the other 6. Maybe it creates different special candies from the other colors?

Adding the dark purple candy from Soda Saga would be nice :P
Or creating new candy colors with new properties, like a pink candy that causes double damage to blockers/jellies.

There's a problem with it though. An 8 color level will be really hard regardless of board or level type.
