The form on the contact page is broken and I keep getting the message to try back later. This is crazy. I'm a daily player, spend real money on it and am on level 3680. I had to reinstall today and all of my boosters and messages with over 100 gift lives are gone! Not to mention close to 150 donut boosters. I need an email address to contact them if they don't check here.
I play candy crush saga, on mobile, android platform.
Unfortunately when you reinstall all your boosters and lives are lost as those are stored on your device and not on King servers. That loss is not compensated unless you lost purchased boosters. Sorry!

@krissyface Hi and welcome, unfortunately if you have had to uninstall on mobile devices you boosters and lives are not recoverable, the boosters and lives are stored on your device so if your device or game crashes or you do a uninstall or you change devices they are lost.
Only if you had unused purchased boosters will customer support will help you with these, best way is from you game as it has you details
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
