    I'm playing the Saltnado levels and the last 3 levels I've passed haven't given me any flasks. I'm at the stage of 3 flasks per level so that's 9 missing flasks 😭😭😭 Help!

    I haven't been able to play this for the last 2 days. Play button doesn't light up.

    Hello @anouska29 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. I too experienced a similar problem when playing on my iPhone X. I am on the last level of beautifying the town and when playing on my iPhone X I got the message each time saying I received 3 flasks but when I went to the next screen with the town - it showed empty - but I was on the next level of the game. So I switched and played on my mini iPad and it was OK and when I got the flasks, this time they registered.

    Please make sure your game is up to date and try turning your device off for at least 10 seconds and then turn it on again and see if that helps. As mentioned above - it appears the studio is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. In the meantime, since you are new to the community - here is a guide to help you explore the various areas.

     Also, I don't know what level you are on, but when you reach a game milestone, 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 - you can get a special badge added to your profile. Just click HERE to find out more about it.

    Hi @Trish55 There are a few people experiencing this issue and hopefully the game team with resolve these issues but keep doing the standard trouble shooting tips every now and again as it will need this to implement the fix

    Check for game update - log out -restart your device - log back in.

    if no updates just do the restarting of your device to make sure the fix is implemented when available
