My progress not saved

Hi,

I have been played CANDY CRUSH SAGA for a long time, and till level 3067, neither creating a King account nor linking to my facebook account. Yesterday, I created a King account on my old cellphone where I used to use, and it displayed correct level 3067. When I logged into the same King account on my new cellphone, the level is wrong, only 137.

Then I used the same King account in my old cellphone, the level is correct 3067!

Can someone please kindly help me to restore my correct level?

@Maggasv Hi and welcome, try playing a level and see if this causes your new phone to sync correctly, as if you still have your levels on one device its a connection to the server issue.

If this does not work check you old device by signing out and back in to make sure levels are correct.

If they are reinstall on new device ( you will LOSE and Stored BOOSTERS / LIVES if a mobile device )and try reconnecting again to see if this syncs correctly.

Hello there @Maggasv and good day to you.

Noted that your progress in two devices are not the same. Please refer to the steps below to get back to your level in the new device.

If you're not at the highest level in the game, it might be that one of your devices isn't synchronizing and writing the new progress to the old one.

Things to check : 

• Do you have a data/internet connection on both devices? Make sure you don't have Airplane Mode on and have a signal, so it can write your progress to your profile. If it can write your progress to your profile, all devices should see this.
• Try the following on the device which shows the incorrect level: 
  • Log out of your Facebook/King account via the Settings menu.
  • Close the game down
  • Turn your device off for 10 seconds and then switch it back on again.
  • Reopen the game and log back into Facebook.

I have tried all but it was still the same. However, after online chatting with Agent Angie, the problem was resolved. Now I can continue my journey with Candy Crush :D
