Lost Hundreds of Boosters and Levels
I was having a problem contacting the server from my iPad. I read where you may have to delete the game and re-add it. I did so and was still not able to reach the server but the real problem was that it set me back many levels and lost hundreds of my boosters. Is there any way I can get these back? I was approaching level 8000 and will not go back and start again. Thank you.

If you were saving your progress or you know your game ID @jetsticks, then levels can be restored (there's usually a log if you synced your progress via FB account or King account). Bought boosters can only be restored manually, but you need to contact Player support (via game app), however non-payed boosters probably won't be returned to you, because they are stored on your phone/device and not on internet servers 😔

@jetsticks Hi and welcome, For your levels that you have lost please see below for help in getting your level restored
In the case of mobile devices your boosters are stored on the device itself , so if you game or device crashes you uninstall or even change device your boosters are lost and unrecoverable , unless you had any unused purchased boosters then Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Crazy: Thanks for responding. I was able to get back some, but not all, of my levels. I'm not sure how many behind it put me because I'm still playing some of the ones I've played before. If I were to guess I'd say I'm about 25 or so behind where I was. I can probably deal with that but losing over 300 color bombs, 100 lollipop hammers, 100 wrapped boosters, 200 jellyfish, 200 coconut wheels, 100 lucky candies, 200 free switchs, 50 UFO's, 20 party boosters and 25 striped candies is really going to hurt me. I never bought these rather I collected them on my way up the ladder the past 4+ years. :(
