Hello there @Kspearson4rn and good day to you.
If someone else used your device and the game got connected to their account instead, you will need to log them out and then log back in to your account in the game. Tap 'My Profile' in the game and log out in the bottom of the page to disconnect the account from the game.
If the connection to someone else's Facebook account stays stuck even though you have disconnected them, please go here to force the game to connect to your account instead.

@Kspearson4rn Hi and welcome, Try logging out the game and uninstalling your facebook app. then clear the cache of the game in app store for android device / browser cache if playing via a browser / clear safari browser if iOS (important even if app ) . then log out and restart your device. then try logging into the game with your account details. if this then connects to your account you should then reinstall your facebook app.
If this does not work you could try the above but uninstall Game as well, but doing this you would LOSE any stored BOOSTERS or LIVES if a mobile device.
Other than this you would need to use first link supplied by @hechicerilla to get your levels restored
