Hello,
i've bought a new Iphone.
since reinstall i did not get my "daily gifts' anymore....(+- 2 months now)
so this morning I searched on forum..., "solution" was to reinstall the app.
i reinstall app. now EVERYTHING is gone, even the boosters i've paid for. had over 100's of power ups saved.
could you please put it back as my account was as a couple of hr ago?

⚠️ So please also attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️
1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall game!
2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play.
We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here and then ask and send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID), so they can help. 😊
By the way, do you connect your Facebook/King Account on your old device? 🤔

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

@CeeJaySky Hi and welcome, Sorry to here you have lost your Boosters and paid for ones as well. I would always advise to ask the question here or from support before uninstalling as this may not have had to be done, but there are certain things this is the only option
Although there is nothing that can be done regarding your free boosters, Customer support should help you with your unused purchased ones
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
