My wife was over 5000 and The game would not load.....so it said to reinstall game so I did....not I'm in trouble because no of her information is there....starting from scratch on her iPhone.....anything I can do...no facebook account

@wbs101 Hi and welcome, yes if you device has been saved regularly to the cloud, you may be able to get your progress back from this and also sometimes as its saved the whole device you can get your saved boosters back as well, but not guarenteed . where if you uninstall and get manually restored you will not get your boosters as they are stored on the device itself.

This only work if the device has been regularly backed up to the cloud

Since the game was not connected to any Facebook, the game progress has been completely lost. However the game progress can be retrieved manually and in this case you have to follow the link below.

OK...how do I even find the game ID...she was on level 5764....wilt all kinda of prizes or whatever the game gives

Can I restore the game from the cloud backup....that is the only thing I can think of
