I I cannot connect to the app or sign in to my account. After trying all of the suggestions in the community chat, nothing worked. I get the same message on my iPad and iPhone and I use my email account not FB.

If you are still not able to connect to your account, you can always create another account and ask customer support toi manually reset the progress to this account

Hello @chezdianak and welcome to our wonderful community! I am sorry to hear you are having this problem and as mentioned above - there are some tips that may help you resolve your problem.
However since you can't even connect to the app - if you have checked your connectivity (and maybe restarted your internet connection) and you still can't connect to the game - you unfortunately may have to de-install and re-install the app. However realize by doing this you will lose any saved boosters and lives since they are stored locally on your device and once you do this - that stored information will be gone.
