i stopped playing a few years back and I was at about
level 2800 and now all of that progress is done. Is there anyway to recover this?

That means your game progress can be set manually so connect the game to Facebook and let me know your Game ID

You would need to get your levels manually restored, so you would need to create a new facebook or King game account and then contact customer support to get your levels manually restored
