Hello @ttbomb and a very warm welcome to our friendly community. I just went and replayed the level twice -the first with no boosters and I just missed completing it because I hadn't destroyed enough licorice. The second time I used the same boosters you are showing and completed it with sugar stars and two moves left.
Part of it is luck, however with only 4 colors on the board there is a lot of opportunity to make special candies and use them to clear the boar and get the ingredients that you need.
You want to clear as much of the chocolate in the center bottom of the board so you get cascades and also create special candies. You especially need to clear the chocolates blocking the licorice dispenser so you can collect the necessary licorice before you run out of moves. Remember to keep clearing candies under that dispenser so more licorice will drop.
With your current board I would use make a match with the three purple candies, then use the CB on the orange candy - you should then be in position to make a match with the orange striped candy - thus clearing a path through the middle of the chocolate.
Good luck - I am sure you will be able to successfully complete this level (and luck can sometimes play an important role in this game). 😊🐨💕
