I can’t retrieve my progress, when I go to log in my password doesn’t work. When I go to change it I click the link from the email only to get an error page. How do I get help?

Sorry you have this problem. It was detected a few days ago and we are waiting for information from the moderators. Some players resolved this by notifying tech support directly from the game.

Please email Player Support directly from the game on mobile.
First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
I don’t have the ability to access the start menu. I can’t log in, it won’t accept my password and when I go to reset it. I click the link on the email and go to an error page.
Again the same problem.

Most likely the link is not working for a temporary issue or there may be another temporary issue. Can you ask for the direct link by contacting Player Support?
Also I am also going to check from my game if there is any problem in the link😊
