iPhone and iPad not syncing

I play candy crush on both my iPhone and iPad and sync normally save my progress with Facebook. have recently purchased a new iPhone and although I have signed in using Facebook it is not syncing with Facebook. I deleted the app and signed back in and it has gone back to level 1. Does anyone have any solution as to how I can get it to sync as per my iPad?

Since you saved the game via Facebook, your game is safe, but there are several reasons why you may not be getting the game progress right on your new phone.

Can you check again if your game is connected to the correct Facebook on the new device?

It is connected to the correct account as I only have one Facebook account
