Candy Crush not working

My computer did finally do an update on 12/3 but I still cannot play except for the daily treat machine. Any word on fixing this huge problem?

I would like to play this game again as I have several candies and I am level 8826 with 436 gold bars.

Please advise. Thanks

If the steps HERE doesn't help, please play via the Windows app instead until the game is working for you again.

You can download the Windows app from HERE if you have a Windows PC, when opening the game, connect it to your Facebook to sync all levels.
