I also don't get the extra features which help other players. I would like to have them and hope I do.....

Same here and I feel that everyone should get the same opportunity as others. I use to have it and now it’s not available. This isn’t a even playing field at all. ☹️

Its a test feature. Infact all the bonus awarding features are not permanent and awarded to selected pool of players. This pool can be changed any time. So you should be hopeful that in future this feature may appear to you as well.

I don’t have the option to watch videos but others do. Why does this happen? Do I fix settings a certain way to get the option?

For the last few.weeks, half the time when I try to watch an ad for a booster it just loads a black screen and never goes any farther. I have to force quit the game and restart.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.
