Thanks for letting me know @Lady_Hazel I play on an android tablet and so far the friends feature has worked okay

I notice in your screenshot that your Settings screen is open I think you should close that and try the link again. I say this because I couldn't make the links work when my game had a discount offer pop up appearing.

The links provided by people in this discussion only last for seven days, so please make sure you only select a friend link posted after the 16th Feb.

Before you click a friend link have your game open and showing the map. When you select a friend link the King logo should appear followed by your map screen. I have noticed at this point that it can look like nothing is happening, so you have to wait for thirty seconds without touching anything and then hopefully the friend envelope will appear. Click on the envelope and that should then give you a message saying that someone wants to be your friend. Again after clicking the envelope be prepared to wait.

@AlienscarThank you for those informations! I try it out and its saying the same message. I have notice a lot of screen maps posted here by players are way different than mine. May that be the issue?

@Lady_Hazel do you know how to clear your app cache? If you do please clear the cache (important, do not clear the app data). After you have cleared the app cache restart your device and try a friend link again.

If that doesn't help try signing out of your game, restarting device, and then signing back into your game. Once signed back in play any level (old, or new) and then try a friend link.

@Lady_Hazel something else that has just occurred to me is does your profile look like the one in my screenshot below. That is, does your profile include a friends tab. If your profile hasn't got a friends tab I am not sure the friend links will work.

@Alienscar No; i mention that earlier. I notice players have friends tab but i dont. And unfortunately nothing worked. I thought that would be an issue.
