Why am I not getting F5 awards on my ipad

For several days I have not been able to get the F5 awards. There was a time where the progression bar was stuck and later I figured out that it was due to the

fact that total did not add up to 7000.

@lalopez6715 I had to delete a lot of stuff to get it to backup. 

Lack of available memory space can affect not only Candy Crush, but the device itself. Candy Crush requires 2GB or more of RAM to work correctly. If you had to delete stuff just to backup this is not a good sign. Saying that I would expect your device to show other symptoms other than just your F5 issue. Running slowly, crashing and freezing are general signs of lack of memory.

That is probably your best option, but as you know you will lose all of your saved boosters.

I guess you are already aware, but please remember to restart your device in between removing and reinstalling the app.

Also clear the browsing history of Safari and delete everything you can to maximise your memory space.

The standard response on here when someone doesn't receive the rewards from a feature is to tell them to contact Player Support. Problem is we are also told that King don't generally replace items that we win from playing the game.

Tried that didn’t work, I’ve tried so many things ad nothing is working. I’ve cleared cache, deleted files,

As you have already noted, that is a graphic error. The yellow bar indicates that you have to receive the prize, but in reality if you check the actual sum of the points it is not 7000. In these cases the only solution is to wait to reach the score of 7000 as it will be counted in the background and only then will you be able to get the prize.

the counter did get to the 7000 points I am getting the award on a different device but every time I try to get the awards on the iPad it dies not work. I started double checking the points to make sure the scre was 7000. again as i mentioned I can get the award on an android device but not IPAD

the problem is not the score we figured that out for that one as a group, but other f5 awards for different teams are not working either, everyone is getting the award except me when I use the iPad so I think there is something wrong with the iPAD.

I am a bit confused by this. You can only be in one F5 team at a time.

You can only claim the rewards once as far as I know as well.
