The strawberry shortcake ad is broken and don’t let You close out after it’s shown. It’s forcing a restart of the game which is really frustrating. I’m in an iPhone 12 in case info is necessary.
We had some issues with ads freezing the game, but this should already be fixed.

Very frustrating! I have to restart my iPad to get rid of strawberry shortcake!
I have wasted 1 hour of free color bombs and striped candy and 1 ufo on this crappy Strawberry Shortcake ad. I’ve reported it every time. One time I had a free board scramble and was forced to use 9 gold bars in order to continue. Fix this issue and give us some boosters to make up for this!
Is there an estimate on when this might be resolved?
Stilll broken, do we know when Strawberry Shortcake will either be fixed or removed?? Very frustrating!!
same issue. Frustrating as hell. Lost all progress and had to use gold bars accumulated to get back to where I was before. Can’t click on any ads because if this one comes on I am screwed. Should not be that hard to take it down!!
Ditto the problems with the Strawberry shortcake ad. Please delete that ad. It is most frustrating and is a rip off of lives and boosters.

It is not just the Strawberry Shortcake advert @tanklette it is most adverts. I can't use the Magic Shuffler because every time I watch and advert it crashes my game.
It is similar with my moves adverts every third advert crashes my game.
No one here seems interested in the issue.

Please get rid of the Strawberry Shortcake ad. It locks up the game and makes you lose rewards and bonus moves.
Same issue. Unable to close out the Strawberry Shortcake ad therefore you lose bonus moves. Can someone please fix this.
Every time it loads it forces me to restart the game. This has caused me to lose my streak - during the Pot of Gold event. Bummer. I actually have a bit of time to play today but keep running into this issue and so am moving on to other things.
And Candy Crush Jelly is doing the same thing.

Strawberry shortcake advertisement when opens fridge my game and I lose everything because I have to close the app and reopen it. that happened constantly is very annoying.

I’m not sure what you mean? I have done this. Multiple times. I submit the complaint each time, yet nothing has changed.

The ad is affecting all of the king games — how about awarding extra lives for all the restarts and lives lost tonite?

Strawberry shortcake ad freezes, and full restart needed, losing levels. It has showed up 10x today!
Exactly. They suggested we opt out, but we can't, because it doesn't save the opt-out in the crashed state.
I am trying to avoid ads until they fix this. It is ALWAYS this ad, all day long.
Here’s what it looks like. The “X”s don’t work to close out after the time of watching the ad. It stays on this screen and then you’re forced to close out of the app entirely to get out of the ad. This ad should be discontinued. Sooo many people are having issues with it and it’s frustrating that no one has done anything to resolve this issue. Do better candy crush!!

I have not seen the advertisement yet but I will keep a lookout for it
After reporting and opting out it takes at least 12-24hrs. I haven’t received that ad all day. Things don’t magically fix themselves within minutes sometimes.

In addition to posting here regarding the same issue, I also reported to King (using 'Contact Us' ). Their autoreply was to to shutdown / restart !
I removed Candy Crush Saga app & downloaded the app from AppStore & it is working fine.
HOWEVER, I lost all boosters that I had earned..BUT the Gold I had was not NOT affected!
And so, the above experiment helped but had a big cost!!
Can anyone experienced the same?

I would play this game a lot more if you offered a more relaxing option to NOT participate in the race. I find the race to be very stressful, which contradicts your motto to "sit back and relax".
