I lost all my progress, I was at level 7038, I have badge 7000 and I always saved my progress on Facebook, which is in my profile picture with badge, but I didn't get my progress. When connecting to Facebook on any device it shows level 11...I don't know what else to do. I don't know what else to do, because on the king's website there are only automatic messages informing the same things. Has anyone had similar problems and how to solve it..... Thanks Simone

I already did this procedure. I did it several times and only got an automatic response. I play on my samsung tablet I'm thinking it's the tablet, but when I connect to the computer my level 7038 doesn't appear, it goes back to level 11 with a player's seal/emblem above 7000... 5th almost giving up

doesn't show up anywhere as ID, just my name.... I think that's why it never saved progress....panic here
