I lost all my progress.... help

I lost all my progress, I was at level 7038, I have badge 7000 and I always saved my progress on Facebook, which is in my profile picture with badge, but I didn't get my progress. When connecting to Facebook on any device it shows level 11...I don't know what else to do.

I don't know what else to do, because on the king's website there are only automatic messages informing the same things.

Has anyone had similar problems and how to solve it.....

I already did this procedure.
I did it several times and only got an automatic response. I play on my samsung tablet I'm thinking it's the tablet, but when I connect to the computer my level 7038 doesn't appear, it goes back to level 11 with a player's seal/emblem above 7000... 5th almost giving up

doesn't show up anywhere as ID, just my name.... I think that's why it never saved progress....panic here
