I keep missing out on prizes cause my app freezes! I wouldn’t mind but I’m paying for the credits.

Hi there, apparently the game is having some issues regarding freezing right now that are being worked on. I will share below :) Hopefully it will be resolved soon. Also, if my answer has helped you, please feel free to accept it! It will help me reach my goal.
