Black screen when watching ads - 🚫 Issue reported!

Mine is going black and I’m on my iPhone. I deleted and reinstalled the app. I lost all my gifted lives and saved boosters. 😡 it was fixed for 2 days and is now going black again. 🤷🏻‍♀️it’s ads when I have a chance for extra lives and saucer. Ads still work for the cinema game.

On level 785 and the watch AD feature to earn extra candies while in game play turns black. The only way to get out of the screen is to close the game. Playing from iOS 16.6

Videos within the game, like for extra turns within a round, are not playing. The screen turns black and I have to leave the game and reenter losing the progress.

I will never pass this level as the more moves adds are black, and do not play. I had to burn through a bunch of gold bars to pass the games before this to move on and don’t have enough to buy moves anymore. I hope you are refunding the sponsors money because they are not getting their money’s worth.
