How to reset progress to level 1.

Hello there, I am new here and I want to reset my current game progress to level 1. Any idea how can I do that? I also mailed player support but no response yet. Thank you.

Why don't you simply create a new King account? Are you currently playing through your Facebook account? What device are you playing on?

Just create a new e-mail address - anywhere would be good; Gmail, Yahoo, some local provider etc. You will only be using it for gaming, newsletters and other unimportant stuff.

Support work over the weekend too, so they should've sorted this out in no time. It's a routine thing.
