Why does my game look like this? The candies don’t match and I have no idea what is supposed to be what. Please help!

It is the glitch caused by the "redesigned candies" that were brought in for the Candy Cup event!!
To get out of that glitch, please follow these steps --> Quit the level you have opened -- Close the game App -- Shutdown your device and restart after few minutes -- reopen the App -- open a level and you should find the candies in normal shapes and design☺️
For some players, it is not working until they follow these steps couple of times!!

Sorry about that everyone 😬 this happens everytime we're changing a new candy look, but restarting the game app should solve the issue and we're working on making sure this doesn't keep happening in the future ☺️
what did you do to the squares, just wasted lives and boosters trying to distinguish the pieces playing this.
I don’t think it’s the level that’s the problem. I just played level 9068 and had the same problem. I know 9068 was normal when I played earlier today. Now when playing just a moment ago it had the same problem that you’re referring to. Pieces and moves that have never been there before. Even the pieces that look normal don’t have the same function as before. Somethings messed up. Maybe some sort of maintenance going on.
Does it look like a glitch? There are often glitches on a Monday morning after an event closes especially. If it could be a glitch then close the app. Reopen. Try again. Update the game, there is a new update just out.
If you don't think it's a glitch, could you take a screenshot?
It has pieces and moves I have NEVER SEEN BEFORE??? How do I get HELP PLAYING this LEVEL?

Whenever there are special events with "newly designed / reskinned" candies, that will affect the game graphics! And, because of that, when we open a level to play, the candies look like they are broken and we feel that there is something wrong with our game!!
So, to get out of this glitch, all we have to do is to --> quit the level you have opened -- close the game App -- shutdown your device for few minutes and turn it back on -- reopen the App -- open a level and you will see that the level boards are back to normal again!
This glitch can be seen both on mobile devices and computer game. The candy game studio is working on to send a fix! But, it is taking a bit longer than expected!!

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
