The best way is to delete the app and then reinstall the game from the App store. You will definitely start at level one now. When you are prompted to save the new game, you must choose new login details. If you only have the one email you can make one up. There is nothing preventing you from that. Alternatively you can play the entire game without ever saving it. Just ignore the prompts. I have done this several times and have never lost my progress. It will come back every time you reopen the game, even after force closing it, or after turning off your device. You can at any time change your mind and save a Candy Crush game later on, if you are happy you have a game worth saving. We all get placed into different test groups, so not all games are as good as others (some get ads, some don't for example) .
