The game is stuck after completing the adventure path. The claim button does not work and I cannot enter the game beyond this point. Help!!

Hello @BrownNose issues with the Adventure Path are known about and supposedly being investigated. All anyone can do is wait and hope King sorts the issues out quickly. That or remove the feature due to its faults.
I am sorry to say your issue will probably not receive an official response as the Moderation team seem to be struggling with the lack of notifications that is plaguing this forum.
Hello. I have the same problem. I cannot claim my final 3 boosters even after completing all 40 levels. It kept asking me to claim but nothing happens. So frustrating

I'm stuck on this picture and cannot press claim or leave or avoid the page. I'm on Android and have tried updating, restarting phone and left game overnight and returned and the problem remains. Any ideas?

To find the game App version, I am giving you the way that I follow on my iPad!! I am sure that on iPhone also it should workāŗļø
Open the "Settings" -- open "Storage" -- Select "Apps" -- Click on Candy Crush Saga -- you should see the details like App size, etc., along with the version number just below the name of the game. It should be 1.265.3 or up!!
You will be able to find it in App Store also --> App store -- enter game name in the search bar -- click on the name (Candy Crush Saga) but not on "Open" tab -- scroll down a little and you should find the App version number at "What's new" areašļøšļø

If you checked in the App Store, did you see "Update" button next to Candy Crush Saga game? If you didn't notice before, can you open the App store and see if there are any updates available?
If there is one available, click on that "update" to install it. Updates improve the performance of the events and featuresš
