I play Candy on my pc and it has not been loading at all. My other King games are working fine.

I am also having loading issues on Facebook on my laptop. Never had a problem before but I haven’t been able to play for 5 days.
Thanks @WendyBenson and yes, as it has mentioned here, we have reported to the developers who are currently investigating.
What Alienscar has suggested is what we recommend, try downloading the game from Windows Store if possible and or play on a mobile device if possible.
We don't have a date for the fix so please keep an eye on the game!

Thanks @WendyBenson there has been quite a lot of complaints about the orange screen when playing through Facebook like you do. I don't think I have seen a solution for the issue yet.
If you play on a Windows 10 (11) PC the best thing to do is download the Windows Candy Crush app and play that way. Facebook has too many issues.

Hello, the orange screen comes up saying downloading with the percentage, which goes up to 100%, then it doesn't open the game. It freezes and after 1 min it says page is unresponsive.
Hello @WendyBenson when you say your game isn't loading do you mean you are seeing a grey/black screen or do you mean you are seeing a spinning circle?
I also play Candy Crush on FaceBook but for days not haven't been able to due to it won't load.
I play on my laptop & have never had issues until now.

I play Candy Crush on FaceBook but the last two days it won't load. Looks like it's loading but doesn't complete. Need help.

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
