Thanks @WendyBenson there has been quite a lot of complaints about the orange screen when playing through Facebook like you do. I don't think I have seen a solution for the issue yet.
If you play on a Windows 10 (11) PC the best thing to do is download the Windows Candy Crush app and play that way. Facebook has too many issues.
Has the Studio been advised of all these loading issues
Thanks @WendyBenson and yes, as it has mentioned here, we have reported to the developers who are currently investigating.
What Alienscar has suggested is what we recommend, try downloading the game from Windows Store if possible and or play on a mobile device if possible.
We don't have a date for the fix so please keep an eye on the game!
