    HI! I have been unable to play on facebook for days now. Game looks like it's loading, goes to the orange king page and then becomes unresponsive. I'm not very tech savvy sorry, Stranger still, if this page is open it also goes to unresponsive when I try to open on facebook

    Please solve the problem i lost the race and i cannot continue playing the game using gold because of the connection error i sent two emails to candy crush support and nothing happened also I restarted my iphone several times and updated the game and the problem is still existing

    I am sorry to know about the issue with the Candy store!!

    When we send a complaint to the King Player Support team, the first response we receive is an automated email which is an acknowledgement.

    Please wait for at least 72 hours to hear back from an actual agent. If you did not hear back even after that, send a reply to that email itself, writing your message at the designated area... the email you have received will say "reply above this line" (or something along those lines).

    They are the only team that takes care of all 12 games! Hence, they might be very busy to get back to us immediately. Please don't be upset, but be persistent and patient, and somebody will get back to you soon👍️

    My account cannot use the point now.

    Reason connet to app store. But i use the android mobil not the ios

    Sorry to see the game is having trouble connecting to the store! In this case, I'm afraid you will have to close the game app and I would also try restarting your device.

    Make sure the game app is up to date and also try switching from WiFi to mobile data or vice versa to make sure the is not a connection problem.

    When do you get this loading issue? Is it when you visit the shop trying to make a purchase? Or when you're trying to use your Gold Bars to purchase extra moves or lives?

    Do you play on and Android or Apple device and when did this started to happen?
