I was prompted to purchase extra moves at the end of a round, but when I clicked on purchase, the app froze. Nothing was clickable and I had to close out the game. It deducted my 10 gold bars but I didn't get my extra moves and I lost a life. This is not the first time this has happened. This is probably the third time. Can I get my gold bars back please?
Not being able to use your gold bars to purchase extra moves at the end of a level is an increasingly complained about issue @buncie40. The fact that so many people are complaining about it means the issue must be with King.
You can try basic troubleshooting methods to see if that helps, but mostly I believe you will have to wait for King to fix the issue
Try using a different browser than the one that you are using now.
Also try clearing your app cache (not app data) and clearing your browser history.
It is highly unlikely that you will get your gold bars back as it is King's policy not to replace items that were won just by playing the game. They will replace your gold bars if you purchased them with your own money though

We have been receiving more complaints than usual about the issue and it was reported to game Studio.
