Big bug during gold ingot race : request for compensation !!

I regularly do the races to win gold bars

But 3 times in 4 months when I had spent gold ingot and special blows, the game ''weardly'' bug (either through an ad like yesterday or the race has purely disappeared)....

Strangely this happens when there is only me or 2/3 people left in the race thus allowing you to win a lot of gold ingot!!!

I don't pay to hold special shots or gond ingot but I play very often... this kind of thing makes me think of stopping playing!

I expect from King a minimum compensation of 400 or 500 gond ingot as I should have won them during the game!!!

With regards to the Gold Bars that you did not receive from the "Candy Royale" race, you must contact King Player Support team, because only then can take a look at your account and find out what happened. And also, try to clear the bug, that was causing the issue.

In this Community, except for Community Managers, all others are regular players like you! So, we won't have any resources to help you out, but can only suggest & advice what to do for the issues experienced!

Please follow these steps to send your complaint to King Player Support team to receive your missing rewards👍️

1) If you are playing on a computer through Facebook browser, please use this link -->  https://soporto.king.com/contact (click on the Green letters) to send your complaint;

2) If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, follow these steps --> Click on the the Pink Cog wheel -- click on ? icon -- go down to "My Events" -- select "Episode Race" and click on it -- scroll down all the way till you see "Contact Us" -- fill the form and send your complaint.
