I've been playing candy crush for about 10 years without spending money. I received a small gift card for the game from my daughter for Christmas. After spending some they cut off all my advertisements that I could watch to get extra moves. I'm on level 14,000 and you just can't win them without extra moves which I can't afford to pay for. Now the game is no longer fun for me. Any advice?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

Please can someone do something about this? This is getting ridiculous! It is a fact that the moment a player spends money on the game their ads will disappear. This is definitely true and I have tested this out myself, twice in two logins, and it worked, so I know it is cause and effect and if King deny this then they are lying. It is grossly unfair to treat paying customers this way, penalising them for a purchase, and this is even worse if this "purchase" was a well meaning gift for Christmas!
Seems odd that I had adds to watch for years and as soon as I spent some money they disappeared. So I don't believe your explanation at all.
