My progress was on no 4784 and now on my iPad I have been taken back to the beginning of the game how can I recover my progress?
Daft question @Trish1516 but are you sure you are still signed into your game? If you have accidentally been signed out of your game (clearing cookies can do it) then this will send you back to level 1.

First things first, let's try to restore your progress by reconnecting to your King account or Facebook, depending on which one you used to save your progress:
If you were already logged in and your progress still isn't showing up, log out, close the game app, open it connect again and give it some time to see if your progress gets back.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
