Hello @karmarret23 the grey screen issue has been around for awhile now, but I don't think I have seen a fix mentioned for it. I could be wrong, but I think for a lot of people the issue sorts itself out. Try restarting your device.
@QueenB @FluffyDinosaur the grey screen issue is/has affected a lot of people. If it is being investigated by King why isn't there a collection thread?
