As soon as you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email. Please send a reply through that email and explain the issue. If you have any screenshots, it will help more.
An agent would be contacting you within 72 hours (max).

Please try logging out of the game — closing the game App — restarting the device after shutting it down for about 5 minutes — reopen the game and log in again. See if you will get the pop-up again to claim your Gold Bars.
If it didn't, replay a level and come back to the map screen after finishing it (win or lose) — see if the pop-up appears again.
