Please try logging out of the game — closing the game App — restarting the device after shutting it down for about 5 minutes — reopen the game and log in again.
See if you will get the pop-up again to claim your Gold Bars.
If it didn't, replay a level and come back to the map screen after finishing it (win or lose) — see if the pop-up appears again.
