it's been a week and still not able to purchase or use gold bars
any updates on this? latest version i have is 1277.0.2
Not able to purchase the gold bar after trying restart n log in

had same problem last week and after 5 days resolved on it own
doesn't make sense

Are you playing Candy Crush Saga? If so, which device are you using?
Are you trying to make the purchases with Gold Bars or real money? Are you seeing any error message? If you are, can you please post a screenshot of that error message?
Finally was able to purchase and use gold bars for a few days but today it's now it is back to not able to contact store

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
