I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

Still having this problem. First appeared to not connect to the App store on June 6 and still have no connection on June 11.
Have tried restarting device and it did not help. I reinstalled the app and it worked for awhile but it did not last long!
After I downloaded the update from a few days ago, it worked. But today it is not working. Same issue.
I have tried everything To try to connect to the store turn it off turning it on installing uninstalling it just will not work when are you gonna get this issue fixed
I am using an Amazon Tablet version 1.278.1.1 Hope you can help!

The issue with the connection to Store on Fire Tablet was reported last week and is being investigated by the game team.
We do not have an ETA on the fix yet! But, please keep an eye on our main thread for latest updates, where we are compiling all the complaints —> Amazon device not connecting to Store

I I am having trouble Connecting to the app store on my fire tablet This is a new tablet I have installed and uninstalled candy crush several times when I closed the app It will not let me connect to the app store l uninstall Clear everything then it works until I close candy crush and it does not work This is been a problem for almost 2 weeks when will it be fixed I cannot keep Installing and uninstall this all the time I lose ever Thank you
When are you going to fix this it will not connect to the app store this is a new tablet and it still will not connect

This is very frustrating.
Happened to me before. Their comment was basically “oh well” start collecting again. After all these years they should be able to fix that very big issue.
I have not been able to use my gold bars or get into the store for days. I have a felling they will make me reset the game and lose my bars and other collected items.
Hello support. Try this! My Kindle fire said that Candy Crush was last updated May 22. I held my finger on the picture of Candy Crush on the left hand side and it took me to the update screen. I hit update and once finished installing, hit open and played a game. When I lost, it gave me the option to keep on playing. Seems to me that the last update did not work.
Try this! Go to the app store on your Kindle Fire and click on updates. Mine said that Candy Crush was last updated May 22. When I lost, it gave me the options to keep on playing!!! Hopefully it will continue to work.

But, I am sorry to hear that you have reinstalled the App😕 Losing your boosters and saved lives is the result of reinstalling your game! Unfortunately, they cannot be restored unless you have purchased them with real money!!
With regards to the Connection issue to the Store, some other players also experiencing this on their Kindle Fire device.
The issue was reported to the game team and they are investigating it. If your game causes issue again, please do not reinstall your game but, let us know🍫🍫
I made a purchase of gold bars, and then the store quit working. I am unable to use gold bars to get extra moves or make purchases to assist in the game. This has been going on since 1145 am est. I use a Fire Tablet. My purchases on the game show Amazon.
I have also done all the steps recommended and still not working correctly. So I have lost the purchase because it is not showing up and the store does not work.
Hiya, I'm still experiencing the same issue and not able to connect to the app store so can't purchase anymore which is a shame as getting bored with it now ☹️
I can't get the app store to open so that I can buy extras.

Clear Cache
Log Out and Log Back In
Restart Your Device
I uninstalled it from my phone. I am only going to play on my tablet

Hi. I was happily playing Candy Crush, then I wanted to use my gold bars to help me out. Can not connect to app store Amazon. I have great internet connection, cleared cache, un installed. Shut down, I've done the lot. Once reinstalled the connection app works, but still lost the extras that I had built up over the years. But once I come out and then say an hour later I want to play again, it says can not connect to app store. All the other King games I have work perfectly fine like Farm Heros, connection to app store no problem. Candy crush works fine on my phone too. What's going on? I've got to the point where I'm just not interested anymore. Phone is to small to play games.
Edge/laptop is able to buy extra moves, use bars, etc. Kindle shop has changed from Pink to purple background, but still no text. Candy Crush 1.278.1.1

I won Candy Royale today along with 3 other players I was supposed to get 150 gold and the claim button came on the screen but when hit it said a Connection Issue.
When this is resolved, will you provide bonuses or credits to everyone impacted? I've lost lives, boosters and streaks. This is setting back my progress and I can't get all those things back.

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.
