I get the spinning wheel to connect to store. I've rebooted, forced stop, signed out. Can't spend any money! Help

I cleared my cache, still couldn't connect to app store. Lost all my friends and boosters

In that case, you are also experiencing the same issue as some other players that are using Kindle Fire device, which was reported and being investigated by the Game Studio team.

** With regards to the connection issue on your iPhone —> Can you please check which version of the App do you have right now?

For several days I have no been able to contact the store to add color bombs, striped candy, add more lives to a game or get any more games. Have been told it's being worked on. Anyone else have the same issue? I am on level 14,262. Thanks
I was unable to connect to the App store to use extra lives on my Amazon Fire. I had passed all but the last level on Candy Royale and would have passed the last but could not due to not being able to connect. My device was connected to the internet and nothing I could do would rectify this. I lost 72 Gold bars, a long winning streak, and was not feeling one bit happy. But we have all had frustrations with this game happen and you just have to move on and hope it gets better. So far I have not gotten to the App store for 2 days with any restarts so I am going to try to update.
II can't connect to store either. I get the spinning wheel as well. Has anyone answered to what the problem is?

I am sorry to hear about the issue with the App store in your game! Which device are you using to play the game? And which version of the App you have right now?
Please never reinstall the game unless suggested by the King game team! Otherwise, just like you did, losing your saved lives and stored boosters is the side-affect of it😕

Candy crush saga recently. Updated App. Since then when I play I can't continue game with gold bars.. Says can not connect to app store. I tried clearing cache and restarted..I then uninstalled game and lost 88 lives but not the goldbars. How can I fix this?

I have tried clearing the Cache, logging out and in, restarting the device. I am using a Kindle Fire HD (13th Generation) I am on level 11062
I am having the same issue and have also asked for help.
Have tried all recommended steps: deinstall/reinstall, log out/restart/log in, clear cache. Has been ongoing for days. Only get automated response when trying to to raise technical issue.

When we send a complaint to the Player Support team, it is the norm to receive an automated response as the first reply. We have to send a reply and explain the issue with as many details as possible and also any screenshots if we have! But, now, you do not need to wait for Player Support's response!
