Please contact King Player Support @oleszczuk using the Help (big pink question mark) of your game. As far as I know there is no fix for the frozen Chocolate box issue, so only King can help you.
Hello, I have had a problem with the game for a long time now. If I fail to complete a level, I no longer have access to the ads that allowed me to complete difficult levels. I also have a box of chocolates blocked. I finished the first task and I cannot continue, nothing has changed. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing has changed. Please help.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
Anyone else having problems with the chocolate box not giving rewards

Yes! There are other players who are experiencing this issue with the Chocolate Box. This is a known issue but, limited to only some players' games!! It is being investigated but the fix is taking longer than expected!!

the candy box challenge has been frozen and stuck on one item fir the past 3 days.
Will not let me skip it also. And let me lose in the winnings when I do the challenge. Have to close the game to get it off my screen due to will not let me close it by pressing the X

With regards to the issue in your game, can you tell me which device you are using? You can force-close the App to get rid of the frozen screen. It is a little different on Android and Apple devices.

Chocolate box screen is stuck with no way to exit. Have to close the app, re-open it then log out. Then close the app, reopen it and log in. Then can can get back to the map but as soon as I leave a level chocolate box screen appears and can’t do anything. Game is on iPad. Game is up to date as well as iPad and Facebook. Have closed all apps and restarted iPad and issue still persists.
